Manchester Central Convention Complex offers an award-winning combination of conference and exhibition facilities that form a unique convention offering right in the heart of one of
Europe’s most dynamic and exciting cities.

The complex boasts a wide spectrum of flexible halls and conference suites with space for exhibitions ranging from 1,830 square metres to just under 10,000 square metres, accommodation for up to 8,000 theatre style as well as state-of-the-art meeting facilities for 40-4,000, including a luxurious 804-seat auditorium. The versatility of these facilities enables Manchester Central to host a unique mix of events from high-profile, large-scale international and national conferences to trade and public exhibitions, gala banquets, sporting competitions and concerts. This versatility, combined with the enviable location, easily accessible from all major UK transport links, ensures that Manchester Central is a perfect venue for international associations.

Manchester Central is in the final stage of a £28 million redevelopment programme to expand and enhance the existing facilities, which will enhance its appeal to international convention organisers. Phase I and II have been completed and include the new Charter and Central Foyers. Due for completion in September 2010, the final phase of the redevelopment will include additional seminar and catering facilities, providing an extensive convention offering in the heart of the city

From the airport’s
railway station six trains each hour make the 20-minute journey into the heart of Manchester.
