3-day Incentive Itinerary Suggestion

Day 1

Upon arrival to Birmingham International Airport you will be met by your personal guide and chauffeur driven to the luxurious Menzies Welcombe Hotel, Spa & Golf Club on the outskirts of Stratford-upon-Avon 

After checking into your suite you will enjoy a traditional afternoon cream tea on the terrace which overlooks the beautifully manicured Italian gardens and beyond, the hotel’s 18-hole, championship golf course and rolling Warwickshire countryside. Next you will be escorted down to the Welcombe Golf Club where you will be met by the resident Golf pro who will provide you with a private tutorial – perfect for seasoned players looking to perfect their skills or beginners requiring a complete introduction to the game.

After an afternoon outdoors you will be treated to some well-deserved relaxation in the luxury hotel spa with its outdoor vitality pool and thermal experience rooms - plus a choice of treatments by Clarins, Elemis or Gerards.

To finish the day you will take dinner in the award-winning AA rosette, a la carte Trevelyan restaurant.

Day 2

After enjoying a hearty breakfast made from the freshest, locally sourced and seasonal Warwickshire produce you will be chauffeur driven the short distance into the charming market town of Stratford-upon-Avon – famous as the birthplace of World-renowned playwright, William Shakespeare.

You will enjoy a morning exploring the town with your own registered Blue Badge registered Tourist Guide who will give you your very own insight into the life and times of the Bard, visiting the house where he was born, the site of his last home and his grave at the Holy Trinity Church, plus a private talk with a senior archivist at the Shakespeare Centre Library and Archive.

After working up an appetite during your walking tour you will be driven to one of Shakespeare Country’s traditional English country inns for a delicious lunch, incorporating some of the area’s finest local ingredients.

Following your leisurely lunch, you will be taken to Warwick Castle – Britain’s Ultimate Castle – where your personal guide will bring to life over 1000 years of history with a tour of the entire site finishing with a private archery or jousting lesson in your own exclusive area of the Castle grounds.

After leaving Warwick you will be chauffeured to Ettington Park Hotel – a spectacular Neo-Gothic mansion set in 40 acres of parkland in the Warwickshire countryside. After some free time to explore the hotel – furnished with exquisite antiques and fine paintings that trace the building’s centuries of tradition and heritage - you will enjoy an early evening, pre-theatre meal in the Oak Room Restaurant.

After dinner, you will return to Stratford-upon-Avon for a theatre performance by the World-famous Royal Shakespeare Company before returning to your hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 3

Start your 3rd day with a hearty breakfast of locally produced sausages and free range eggs perfectly prepared to order, you will be collected by your personal chauffeur for a drive to Bicester Village. Along the way you will travel through the honey-coloured villages and rolling green hills of the Cotswolds – England’s largest, officially designated ‘Area of Outstanding Beauty’.

After arriving at Bicester Village – home to over 120 boutiques – you will be escorted to the private VIP lounge for a mid-morning coffee before meeting your complimentary personal shopper who will escort and advise you to ensure no bargain is left un-discovered!

Following a rigorous day of retail therapy your car will take you to Mallory Court hotel - on the outskirts of the Regency town of Royal Leamington Spa - for a final evening of fine dining and the finest Shakespeare Country hospitality. Your evening meal will be taken in the hotel’s coveted Michelin star restaurant, cooked for you by the award-winning executive head chef Simon Haigh.

Your final night’s stay will be taken at Mallory Court and following a delicious breakfast you will be collected for a short return journey to Birmingham International Airport.
